In this way, Yoga can improve mental health and the mood of the people that practice it.

Another study shows that women who have breast cancer and undergo chemotherapy can avoid symptoms, such as nausea and vomiting, by practicing yoga. Yoga can reduce pain in health conditions and improve invigoration and relaxation through the body. Women are also less likely to feel fatigue.

Design Process at Jessica Margot Design

With a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Harrington College of Design in Chicago, Jessica Federighi is an experienced interior designer with a background in graphic design and architecture. Since 2004, Jessica Federighi has owned the interior design firm Jessica Margot Design (JMD), which specializes in residential design projects.

JMD focuses on designing functional and beautiful spaces while helping its clients avoid costly mistakes in the process. To achieve this mission, JMD follows a predetermined interior design process that begins with an initial consultation consisting of the evaluation of the space and a discussion of the scope of work, as well as the design direction and project budget.

Based on this initial consultation, the second step consists of preparing a design agreement and discussing more detailed questions related to the budget and space utilization. Following the second step, JMD proceeds to detailed measuring with the help of blueprints if applicable, and then begins space planning, the stage where JMD proposes a floor plan with three layout options.

After these meetings, JMD presents a preliminary concept of the design scheme based on the client’s preferences. This step is the interior design concept presentation, and it consists of several meetings where the client gets to visualize and then approve the concept and specific design details. After the agreement, JMD starts with project management, including recommending contractors based on the budget and project, as well as ensuring that the design is well executed.

Finally, JMD ensures the installation of accessories and art, along with furniture placement. In this final step, the client can address any adjustments and ensure the design is completed as desired and agreed upon.
